New name but same official service performed wherever you wish on the Sunshine Coast and whenever I am available. This is a five minute ceremony consisting of just the minimum legal wording, without personal vows, ring exchange or readings, but ensures you are legally married according to Australian Law. It is ideal for couples who want to choose their own location rather than the registry office or who may be having a celebration at a later date or perhaps one overseas.
This is many times more personal than the Brisbane Registry, significantly more scenic, allows you to have loved ones with you if you wish and to choose one of the many
amazing Noosa Wedding Locations . In approximately 2 weeks you will receive your Official Marriage Certificate in your mailbox or to any address (Australia or overseas) that you choose.
All the legalities are taken care of and you will receive a ceremonial certificate and a copy of your ceremony. At least 2 witnesses of any nationality (but who must understand the ceremony) and who are over 18 years of age are required (which I can supply if you wish) however a couple of family and friends are more than welcome to join us for this Legal Marriage ceremony.
Stunning natural backdrops are fitting for the significance of the occasion which actually requires very few words to convey the depth of emotion felt by each partner. Devil’s Kitchen and Hell’s Gates in the Noosa National Park, particularly at Dawn or Sunset, are exactly the kind of location that we are lucky enough to have as idyllic possibilities for a unique venue for your Legal Marriage Red Tape Ceremony that you will remember forever and I will make the legal process super easy for you.

My Red Tape Ceremonies are swiftly gaining in popularity as couples from diverse countries and continents meet and fall in love! Even though they live in Australia, they may wish to marry while away on holiday (in SE Asia is a good example of this) or perhaps wait to have family and friends present at a larger celebration or even a religious ceremony in thehome country of one partner. Yet they desire the ease and security of a valid Australian Legal Marriage which is recognised worldwide. Marriage in some countries, Italy, in particular, is one that comes to mind, is a very complicated process, so having a celebration or blessing there as opposed to a marriage, after a beautifully simple Sunshine Coast or Noosa Legal Marriage ceremony is the obvious answer and many times easier.
This is exactly what Tom and Lucia chose to do, with family around and in a beautiful Noosa setting, but nonetheless saving themselves for a bigger celebration in Lucia’s home country of Brazil. Itl asted all of 5 minutes but still was moving enough to get both mothersreaching for the tissues; the amount of love between them all was abundant andpalpable.
Jiah and Eldo did just the same at the spectacularPoint Arkwright just South of Coolum Beach, heading overseas a few days laterto a large family celebration in Italy.
